Lois' Lodge is managed by an all-volunteer Board of Directors. Members of the Board are:

Toni Henry

Toni graduated from Furman University and moved to Charlotte in 1985. She has been involved in the pro-life movement since the 80's, as well as through the wonderful experience of developing Lois' Lodge, Inc. Prior to joining Bissell-Hayes, Toni worked as a computer consultant for numerous companies and in commercial real estate. Her leisure time pleasures include tennis and running, as well as snow and water skiing.

Deana Kocylowsky

Deana Kocylowsky is a CPA and works in Human Resources-Executive Compensation at Wachovia Corporation. Deana and her husband Michael live in Charlotte. They are members of Central Church of God where they are active in their Sunday School and have participated in several overseas short-term mission trips as well as local community service opportunities.

Diane Medeiros, Board Chairperson

Diane Medeiros has lived in Charlotte since 1993 with her husband and two children. Their teenage son and daughter were entrusted to their care in 1988 through the gift of adoption. Diane has faithfully served on the board of directors since 2002 and is currently serving as the board president. Diane and her family are members of Christ Covenant Church.

Diane Atkins

Diane moved to Charlotte with her husband, Jim in 2004.  She is a member of Church at Charlotte.  Diane's previous employment as the director of a multi-faceted pregnancy outreach center and also as Housing Coordinator for a women's transitional housing program make her uniquely qualified to serve on the Lois' Lodge board of directors.  Diane has ministered in church communities and worked personally and professionally with women and families experiencing homelessness, codependent and abusive relationships and crisis pregnancies.  She looks forward to being a part of Lois' Lodge's Christ-centered mission to provide spiritual, emotional and practical support to women who courageously choose life.

Zeritha McFadden

Zeritha has joined the Lois' Lodge Board of Directors out of a desire to give back to this ministry.  "Lois' Lodge was there for me when my 16 year old daughter got pregnant last year and I was at wits end as to what to do for her". "Lois' Lodge was used by God to deliver me from a dark pit".  Zeritha has worked in the criminal justice field and has numerous contacts in the Social Services network in Mecklenburg County. She is currently a Screening Specialist for the Meck. Co. Sheriff's Dept. Zeritha and her family attend Central Church of God.  She has a beautiful grandson. Zeritha's daughter, the baby's mother will be graduating from High School, right on schedule in 2007.

John Marx

John and his wife, Rhoda originally became involved with Lois' Lodge through serving as relief houseparents on the weekend. John has two daughters that "are in love with our Lord and want to serve Him".  He also has a teenage son who still lives at home. John is a missionary for Wycliffe Bible Translators.  He and Rhoda attend Calvary Baptist Church. John is motivated to serve at Lois' Lodge because of the spiritual changes that he has seen in the lives of the girls served by this ministry.

Kathi Ingrish

Kathi is the Town Planner for the town of Matthews. In this capacity Kathi is the staff/technical advisor to a number of local elected or appointed Boards and committees.  She has also served on a number of professional committees. Kathi became involved with Lois' Lodge in the very early stages of the ministry's development when she helped to write zoning text and guide us through the process of getting local approval for our original location.  Kathi is drawn to this ministry because "Lois' Lodge is a positive and compassionate response to a problem faced by women who do not know how to move forward in their lives when they become pregnant." Kathi is encouraged at the thought of helping the Lois' Lodge residents find hope, reassurance and spiritual strength to work through their difficult personal situation and to come to a realization that God is dependable."  Kathi was involved in setting up a crisis pregnancy center in Rockingham, NC in the late 80s.

Falinda Farley

Falinda is a substitute teacher for several private Christian schools in the Charlotte area.  Falinda has been married to Mark for 26 years.  They have seven children. She and her family attend Steele Creek Church. Falinda has been involved in the ministry of Lois' Lodge for several years as a member of our Speakers bureau and a prayer partner.  Her background in Christian television has help to prepare her to communicate the vision of Lois' Lodge. Falinda served as the Master of Ceremonies for our banquet in 2006.  She believes that this ministry is reaching out to the "least of these".  According to Falinda, "our Christian community claims to be "pro-life" but does not really extend the help needed for a woman facing a crisis prenancy.  Lois' Lodge is on the FRONT LINE."

Rick Cammer

Rick is a meeting planner for the Ballantyne Resort.  He is married and has an adoptive son that he adores. Rick and his wife remain in close contact with their son's birthmother through an open adoption arrangement.  The whole family has been blessed through this relationship. Rick attends Central Church of God. Rick describes his relationship with Jesus Christ as follows:  "He is my Lord and Savior, My Life, My First Love and My Passion.  I am His servant". Rick was drawn to the ministry of Lois' Lodge because of the "attention and care that is shown for the guests at Lois' Lodge.  And the opportunity to share the gospel and to make a true impact on their lives".
