Lois’ Lodge is managed by an all-volunteer Board of Directors. Members of the Board are:

John Marx, Board President

John and his wife, Rhoda originally became involved with Lois’ Lodge through serving as relief houseparents on the weekend. John has two daughters that “are in love with our Lord and want to serve Him”.  He also has a teenage son who still lives at home. John is a missionary for Wycliffe Bible Translators.  He and Rhoda attend Calvary Baptist Church. John is motivated to serve at Lois’ Lodge because of the spiritual changes that he has seen in the lives of the girls served by this ministry.

Kathi Ingrish

Kathi Ingrish has been a dedicated board member since 2007, serving as Secretary most of her term.  She is a faithful member at Church at Charlotte.   Prior to moving to Charlotte, she participated in the creation of a crisis pregnancy center in

Rockingham, NC.  Her daily occupation is Planning Director for the Town of Matthews, where she was able to assist Lois’ Lodge in opening their initial maternity home location.

Buddy Collins Executive Director

39 year member of Calvary Church,  Adult Life Group teacher and former Elder.  At Lois’ Lodge, we believe very strongly that God is the giver of life … that includes every unborn child. We work diligently to let our residents know that God loves the child currently being “carried by them.” Through educational programs, including the study of God’s Word, prayerfully, the young ladies who reside with us will mature in their understanding of motherhood, as well as realizing that God has a genuine interest in their future.
